COVID-19 has brought unprecedented human and humanitarian challenges. It has reshaped our world, perhaps forever. We don’t know when, or if, our workplaces might return to normal – or what kind of scars the pandemic will leave. We at Finecure are proud to say that we met the challenges head on and put the safety and security of our employees first and foremost above everything else. We redesigned the workplace to support our organizational priorities. The entire office campus was made Covid-proof, with sanitizer bottles in vantage places, compulsory physical distancing and the wearing of masks was made mandatory. Workers were randomly checked and those with even minor symptoms were asked to stay home. We then migrated to a new way of working that even we had never ever envisioned. Those who could were allowed to work from home and effective technologies for videoconferencing and other forms of digital collaboration were adopted. We introduced psychological counselling and online meditation and fitness sessions to keep their employees motivated and engaged. Given that the Pharma Industry was fulfilling a very important by manufacturing medicines when they were most required, Finecure rose to the occasion and made efforts to ensure continuity of supplies and that our products reached wherever they were required
