Levosalbutamol acts As a Bronchodilator, Reduces reistance in Airway & acts as an ideal Mucokinetic agent. Ambroxol possess mucokinetic & secretolytic properties, promotes removal of tenacious secretions in respiratory tract & reduces mucus stasis. Besides that Ambroxol also exhibits Antioxidant properties. Guaiphenesin which is an expectorant drug that removes phlegm from the airways & reduces secretions of Tenacious secretions. It is effective in both productive & non-productive cough. It is best suited for conditions like Asthma, COPD & Cough with Mucus. It is available in Raspberry Flavour as per kids.
